What does Engraved Metals do with your information?

When you register with Engraved Metals, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, the information we collect may be used for one or more of the following:

1. To help us respond to your customer service requests faster.
2. To help us process all of your EngravedMetals.com transactions faster.
3. To provide a name and address for product shipping on orders placed.

What do we do to ensure our collected visitor information is protected?

Your security is our top priority! To ensure your information is protected, we implement a variety of security measures. All information we collect is stored behind secured networks and is only able to be accessed by Engraved Metals staff. Any information is kept strictly confidential. If you are placing an order on our site, we offer the use of our secure server. All sensitive information (such as credit card information) is transmitted via 128-Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is then encrypted for our secure database using a random 16-digit encryption code. For all future orders, or to automate annual recurring transactions, credit card information can be stored for longer than 60 days. However, you must check the "keep my payment method on file for easy checkout on future orders" box for this to be possible.
